How can I relax when the doctor examines my belly?
I am sooooo ticklish! Every time I go to the doctor, he listens to my belly with the stethoscope, taps all over it and feels deeply with his hands. I am practically rolling off the table and he has to tell me to relax and bend my legs. He says that if I don’t relax, he can’t feel my organs. Can doctors really feel your organs when they examine your belly? What can I do to relax?
Close your eyes, relax, take deep breathes, think about what you’ll do when you leave the doctors office, and you should be good!
