Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 19, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services provided by Renew Your Mind LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies to services you contract directly with us. Purchases made through third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' own refund policies.

2. Consultations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, please give us at least 48 hours notice and we will move it to a new time at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

3. Consulting projects and retainers

Because our work is customized and begins promptly, fees for services already performed and delivered are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for work that has not yet started, you may request a refund of that unused amount in writing, and we will refund it after deducting any costs already incurred on your behalf.

4. Creative content work

Content and design deliverables are produced to an agreed scope. Once we have delivered work that meets the agreed scope, that portion of the fee is non-refundable. We will always work with you within the agreed revision rounds to get deliverables right.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss a concern, email tru@renew-your-mind.com with your order or engagement details. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve eligible requests promptly.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the Site with the most recent effective date applies.
