1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of renew-your-mind.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Renew Your Mind LLC ("Renew Your Mind," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

Renew Your Mind LLC provides online business strategy, creative content creation, and consulting services, delivered under the Double AI brand. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or order confirmation agreed between you and us.

3. Engaging our services

An engagement begins when you accept a proposal or order and, where applicable, pay the agreed fee or deposit. We will perform the agreed services with reasonable skill and care. Any change to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect fees and timelines.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in your proposal or order and are payable in the currency and on the schedule set out there. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. We may pause or stop work on overdue accounts. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials or access we reasonably need to perform the services. You are responsible for the legality of the content and materials you supply to us and for how you use the deliverables we provide.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing materials, methods, frameworks, and tools (including the Double AI method), which remain our property and are licensed to you only as needed to use the deliverables. You may not resell or redistribute our frameworks, templates, or methods as your own.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

8. No guaranteed results

Our services are advisory and creative in nature. We bring professional skill and experience, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific business, financial, audience, or performance outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution and market conditions.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renew Your Mind LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for that engagement.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. On termination, you agree to pay for all services performed up to the termination date. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

12. Third-party links and platforms

The Site links to third-party services, including double-ai.online, Substack, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and platforms. Purchases or subscriptions made through third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' own terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site with the most recent effective date applies.
